Kristina Polak Went in to resize my engagement ring from a 7 to a 5.75. I was completely amazed at how affordable & quick the process was! I dropped my ring off and went back an hour later to pick it up. Very happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future. Heather Packert The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!
