Bryan What an amazing experience !! from the moment i walked in a i was greeted by Sabrina who was very kind and welcoming. Told them what kind of piercing i wanted (surface piercing) and got Allison from the back to help me with it! Allison was very nice from the start to finish. she introduced her self and was very excited to do the piercing! she told me about the process , very informative , and let me choose the jewelry! at first i wanted the piercing on one side but she recommended to do the other side just because of old scarring, which i did not mind her recommendation ! Allison was so great , she made me calm and very excited to do this. She is very professional , everything is clean , and sterile . Through the process she gave me such positive reinforcement that i never had from professional piercer. Sabrina was very helpful when telling me about the after care! I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a piercing to come here and ask for Allison! Thank you so much and most def see you soon!!

Adjani Shah I had such a beautiful experience at this location! I was visiting from Tampa and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Bianca and her warm smile. I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value! And I cannot forget to mention their security detail! He was just as polite and warm! Everyone in this store has a high level of emotional intelligence and brand knowledge. I can’t wait to return and make a purchase with them!

Zhana McGraw Liz was so helpful at my first visit to Kay’s Jewelry. She helped me chose the perfect ring for my husband’s wedding band! Very welcoming and professional. 10/10 recommend talking to her about any jewelry questions you might have. She even helped me get a replacement for an opal on another ring that had some issues. Dawn Productions Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!
