The ring feels good on my finger and its not too heavy. It is truly a masterfully crafted piece of jewelry. The sizing is perfect for a slightly below average finger. Customer Service is great. Every time I asked a question about the status of my ring, I received an immediate response. Steven Burroughs I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!

Very informative on the limitations of how much work could be performed on the specific piece of jewelry I brought in before its structural integrity would be compromised. Rings actually looked better than new when everything was finished and the price to quality of craftsmanship ratio was beyond fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their fine jewelry.

My husband gave me this ring on our 15th anniversary which symbolized a new beginning in our marriage. 3 years ago I went to the place I purchased it for its annual checkup. They told me that all 5 diamonds were loose and I should not even wear it until I gave them $475 to secure them. In the box it went until we could see spending the extra cash. I picked up an imitation ring to function as my wedding ring. Recently we sensed it was time to get my ring back on my hand and thought it best to find a local private jeweler, The Gold Exchange downtown Mount Dora. When I went to pick it up today, I learned that it just needed a bit of tightening and polishing. The charge?? Here I had not enjoyed my beautiful symbol for 3 years. I was so overjoyed to see my beautiful ring on my finger I broke into tears. The fabulous lady who served us appreciated the meaning and joined me in celebration. We have found our new jeweler!
