We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.

Kathleen McLean I am so impressed with Allen’s Jewelers I need to express my gratitude. Mary Ann took the knot out of the chain of a necklace for me. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider. I told Gigi what I wanted when resetting a stone into a ring. She gave me options, and I chose. Milan set the stone, which I’m so happy to finally be wearing again. Our friend wanted to join our girl gang Fope ring club so she called the store to inquire about the rings and the next thing you know we are having a home Fope party. Lisa got her ring and the rest of us got matching bracelets for our rings. It was quite the experience. Lots of fun. Thank you both for making our girls weekend a fabulous memory. An excellent jeweler is in the store so repairs do not have to be sent out. My repair on my diamond ring was done in one day and I told him he was not charging enough for his work.

Christine Brown Lowest prices, very friendly and welcoming! Went shopping for wedding rings and priced quite a few other stores before going back to see Pam at Aleena Diamonds. Pam was so patient and helpful and I couldn’t have had a more perfect experience here. The prices were half of everywhere else for the same rings. They had a jeweler on site to have our rings sized the same day for free, where as everywhere else charged for the sizing and it would have taken a week to get the rings back. I will definitely shop here from now on.
