Joel Hynes Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!

Jim Barnes Worst experience of my life working with this company and Jonathan Hunt financial advisor. I had 200k in investments and Life insurance and this company did everything they could not to give me my money that I requested also they broke my Privacy act and disclosed info to and ex wife that broke my confidentiality act as well...stay away from them. I would not recommend them at all. Still dealing with this nightmare.

Emanuel Asurza I have received great advice in regards of my current financial situation and all the different potential it has. I would say hands down Edgardo, has impacted my life greatly by bringing a great financial stability. Although he may look young, do not let the appearances fool you, since he is very knowledgeable. He has been in the Financial services industry nearly two decades now and I believe that speaks for itself.
