Kenneth Gershon I have been a resident for 5 1/2 years. I am kind of hoping that the new management will make the necessary improvements that were ignored by Greystar. Having Tyrone as the assistant manager should be a big plus as he is aware of the needs of the community. I would love to see the tables and chairs put back out as well as the cushions on the lounges. I would hope that the new management would confer with the residents as to ways to enhance the property. Having Tyrone as a liaison to the residents will go along way to improving the Heritage life style. He is a genuine asset to your management team and his expertise should be used.

Gabe Andrew P. Made a mistake and put myself in a situation with Anytime Fitness and was sent to collections. I thought they were bluffing until my credit report came back. Called up here and spoke with Jenn to which I paid my balance in full. Shockingly, my score went up +30 within a week of paying it. Completely wiped from my report. Jenn was an awesome associate. Very pleasant and sympathetic. Had I known it was this easy, I would’ve done it months ago. :)
