2 /5 Mercedes Harriman: The first time I got a loan was amazing this time their system glitched it showed a blank screen then it pulled my credit twice for them to just tell me that they can’t do anything for me and then to be rude about it and say well I did tell you it was a new systemPlease don’t ever call me again. They call me once a week trying to get me to get a new loan and then I tried to be treated like this very disappointed I will never get another loan.

1 /5 Carlos Maysonet: Set up two different appointments and scheduled time. They called me 40 minutes later. I even called them earlier and on my appointment time and the person that I made the appointment with “Raynel” was too busy with another customer. What was the point of sending the calendar invite to begin with? Update: They harass you with calls and texts when you don’t answer their calls. Mind you, they weren’t so eager to meet with me during my appointment time they told me to set up, or were eager to meet with me when I called after my appointment time to reach out.

1 /5 Les: I spoke to Win (Winmary) on the phone and she has such horrible customer service. The woman had attitude and such bad energy like she wasn’t happy with her job. On top of that, I tried to explain to her manager Kim and although she had better customer skills; nothing was resolved.
