The staff at outpatient was amazing and answered all my questions during the registration process and explained the financial part clearly. The receptionist at radiology was an angel, provided me food when my blood sugar dropped too low and even went personally to get the correct order from urgent care as I was unable to drive. 10/10 will be getting any future services here. The lady who did my testing was very polite and quick. I was in and out of the test in 15 minutes.

5 /5 Jim Hoisington: Went to ED and rapidly admitted. Great service with no wait. Evaluated professionally and quickly. Great team at the ER. Received my labs back faster than I expected. Great lab. Ended up staying 3 days touching several specialities all who provided exceptional service. There was one event that appeared to be a result of communication between specialty providers and staff but it was quickly resolved by Dr. Eller with no stress. From doctors to Patient Care Technicians I was heard and served well. Special words for PCT Regan (not sure of spelling) and PCT Taliyah. Young professional ladies with great attitudes, smiles, and eagerness. Some of my success was luck (no wait entry) but most of it was the team in all specialties making things happen quickly providing a positive result for me. Great hospital experience.

5 /5 Sara Pranskunas: Every time I come here it is a pleasant experience. Immediately at check in you are greeted with a friendly smile. Then you are sent to another nice person to get you all checked in. The blood draws for me have been painless and quick. Even when I had to fill 20 vials of blood. The MRI, CT and X-ray technicians are wonderful. When getting an MRI they do everything possible to help you survive being in a small tube. Music of your choosing is provided. So are ear plugs and headphones. They even have glasses to put on so you can see outside the bottom of the tube. Everything is explained in detail. Dreaded MRIs are now an experience I almost look forward to. My only complaint is that there needs to be more handicap parking. You need to get there early in the day or you’ll be walking.

5 /5 CKH: This was my 3rd stay at North Okaloosa Medical Center & my experience could not have been better. Ended up in the ER with a head injury after a fainting episode and was promptly admitted for further care. The entire hospital staff was efficient, caring, thoughtful, kind, professional, and competent. The wonderful nurses even went out of their way to make sure my husband - who stayed with me - had what he needed. I was also impressed with all the ongoing hospital renovations, creating a modern and pleasant environment. Almost forgot, even the hospital food was delightful and excellent [regular diet]. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of us!
