1 /5 Kaila brown: Wouldn’t recommend . These people are rude and spiteful. I got a 2015 for fusion from them in 2023 , the car was fine. I never missed a payment was great customer . The beginning of 2025 started to have car issues so i just decided to trade the car in for something more up to date. Traded the car in for a 2018 Kia optima , 3 weeks after i got the optima i started to have issues the check engine light came on, i took it to auto zone and the computer showed it to be the pcm. I called my financial company which was greater financial and they had the towing company come pick the car up to take it to the garage .A couple days later they stated that they believe it was the throttle body (which they made me pay 300 for) so they replaced it but if i continued to have issues with the car i would have to get it towed to Kia. Cool. A week and a half later i begin to have more issues with the car, every single light came on in the Kia and my car wouldn’t come out of park. They came to get the car a day later and had it towed to Kia march 27th. Even kia could not figure out what the problem was. Which had to be related do the pcm ! Which the the garage knew it wasn’t the throttle body in the first place. Mind you i barely got to drive the car. Everytime i would call they would say they didn’t have a update and they would call back, never once did they callback i would always have to call them and when i did call they would say we haven’t a update and why didn’t you make your car payment yet? Lol. Who would make a payment on a car they couldn’t drive? Here it is May 15 2025 the car is still in terrible condition. They offered to let me trade the Kia in and get a new car but i would still owe on the Kia!!! I told them I think it would be my interest to just not take the car and let them keep the Kia. Within a few hours they had towing company come to Kia to get the car repossessed so i wouldn’t be able to get any of my belongings out of the car and that i would have to pay 150 to get my belongings out of the car. Now i have a repossession on my credit for a car that was in terrible condition before i got it.

1 /5 Lynda Lewis: These people are a joke! Theyvdi notbwitk with you what so ever. They reposed my car due to tampering with a GPS device that no one messed with. If anyone unhooked it they would not have been able to find the car. They have now had my car since Thursday and weve paid our repo fee we paid our car pymt the gap pymt also the repo fee along with the gos fee and still dont have our car and keep getting told tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow Ive called everyone I know to call and no one is helpful so stay away from indi car credit and indian river finance company/ greater financial resources

1 /5 Leslie Nettles: Worst finance company Ive ever dealt with, make your finale payment and some how you still owe $80 plus $21.96 but cannot tell you why. Theyve tacked on a whole extra payment. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY, YOURE BETTER OFF WALKING.

1 /5 Taurus Simmons: Literally made all on time payments with these people and they cut your car off also the dude who answers the phone didn’t make it past 2nd grade idk even know how he has a job they will try to get you to purchase gap insurance that doesn’t cover anything so it makes you have to car payments instead of one literally this is how they get you they get you with a low down payment and then they have you set up gap insurance that literally covers nothing from the lemon car they about to sell to you don’t sign any papers with having your mechanic look at the vehicle most of there vehicles have rust under them and no converters or sensors and they turn all the check engine lites off before you buy them then they pop on few weeks later why would you make people pay for gap if it doesn’t cover anything yea no don’t fall for it people they are trying to squeeze all the money out of you if possible save your money and go to car lot that actually cares

I suppose we purchase some stupid maintenance plan with my car and every time I’ve had to try and use it due to a battery issue and the car not starting they tell me that I need to get somebody to jump it off I need to take care of everything I am single female, not a mechanic and I’m paying for a plan that I do not use. I have hired an attorney to look into this for me. Please don’t do anything with this corporation. They are idiots. They are cheats. They are useless.
