Capital City Bank - Monticello (FL)

5 /5 Bob Canter: There was fraudulent activity on my debit card. I reported it promptly and the fraudulent transaction was blocked. I then went to our nearby Capital City Bank branch to get a new debit card. The entire transaction was quick and very easy; bank staff is very courteous.

1 /5 Lindy Denissen: Seriously, you need to upgrade your atm. First you cant reach it from your car even though I was so close I had to fold in my mirror. Second, its not responsive, takes several minutes to recognize any command. And doesnt recognize tap. Then I withdrew $100. Doesnt give me an option for denominations but gives me $100 bill. What can I do with that? Literally have to go somewhere else to break it. Incredible utter waste of my time.

When our bank was sold to another company that company was actually very rude to me and so I never went back and went to Capital City Bank I should have been there in the beginning
