5 /5 Terry Guth: I was totally impressed with the service at this agency. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by an agent by the name of Sam. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She provided us with detailed explanations about options we had regarding changes we could make to our auto insurance policies.. She easily answered any questions we had and allowed us time to make our decision without any sense of pressure.

3 /5 Robert Schindler: Good coverage and aggressive pricing but only for new customers. As for existing policies, you’ll continue to get your rates jacked up year after year until you shop it and move on. Then when you come back a couple years later they’ll prioritize giving you a decent price again. Still quality coverage but yeah. Absolutely 0 effort to retain 10+ year customers even when you give them a chance and let them know you have much better prices for the same coverage somewhere else. The lady I dealt with directly was pretty arrogant too, sadly. No effort to work with me on better pricing. Made it clear I didn’t even want a price match, instead just wanted them to try to keep me around as a customer.

1 /5 Chris Barrett: It started out as a good experience but things went south quick the customer service is absolutely terrible it was no communication and simple follow through that werent done you cant even go into the office because of staffing issues but I had to call several times or more to get a simple answer and then sometimes not at all this is not acceptable Ive had good experiences with other State Farm offices but not this one stay away from them.

1 /5 Cha-Cha-Cha Changes: I am leaving this agent after years. The lady that gives you the quotes is always rude and acts like youre bothering her every time you call! Im sick of it. This time I called for a quote to add a car to my policy and she acted totally annoyed to the whole conversation and I finally just told her Im going to look for a different agent and instead of apologizing because I told her youre always rude when I call instead of apologizing and changing her demeanor she said okay have a good day so she could absolutely care less whether or not they keep clients! So obviously they dont need the business! And when I call another State Farm agent if this location is still going to get a commission off of my policy, I will switch insurance companies! I almost switched a few months ago because I called to make a payment and she was rude then too so I ended up just calling the 1-800 number and making my payment if I have to go through a 1-800 number and get their service then why do I have a local agent!

1 /5 Krista Forgie: I have had State Farm Insurance for 35 years, since I turned 16 years old. I was informed by mail that they would not renew my policy, as I had 2 minor accidents in 3 years. Jeff Evans was unavailable to speak to me and I was given a number for an insurance broker to find another company. They took my money for 35 YEARS, but I was cancelled for actually using MY INSURANCE.
