Gabe Andrew P. Made a mistake and put myself in a situation with Anytime Fitness and was sent to collections. I thought they were bluffing until my credit report came back. Called up here and spoke with Jenn to which I paid my balance in full. Shockingly, my score went up +30 within a week of paying it. Completely wiped from my report. Jenn was an awesome associate. Very pleasant and sympathetic. Had I known it was this easy, I would’ve done it months ago. :)

Rhonda Dohrmann Dustin was so polite and helpful, I called about a high mileage vehicle, him and the Team of Titan Chevrolet were able to help me secure my 1st time buying a car that Im gonna have to make payments on. They were able to explain any and all questions I thought of or hadnt even asked. Completely honest and helpful team. Theyve earned my complete loyalty for life!

Christie Grefkowicz I went and got something notarized stupid me forgot the paper I was notarizing at home so they went to the trouble of me sending it to them and then printing it out. They had me in and out super fast thanks guys!

Samuel nowhere near as good as Chase nowhere near.. Chase is way more efficient professional theyre both getting almost zero interest on your savings account but so does Bank of America give nothing youre basically using the account to service your everyday needs e... this place is just an aged dated location and theyre whole institution set in their ways youre bound to run into problems with them... especially since the big story on the news about 10 years ago where they used to used open accounts on the customers names who never asked for them was a huge scandal and billions of dollars in lawsuits... stay away from this place stay away go to Chase two blocks away youll be way happier or theres a Bank of America within a few feet of here
