1 /5 Stacy Holcomb: Katie doesnt know how to talk to customers, shes rude, condescending and shouldnt have her job and I will be seeking every legal means possible to hold her accountable. She refused to take my payment because I wouldnt answer her question even though I provided her with enough information for her to notate the account and take my payment and move on with her life. She apparently think shes almighty God and that you are to answer her or you dont get to make your car payment. Took me nearly 12 minutes of screaming at this lady and cussing her out and begging her to take my payment for her to finally do it. When I asked for a manager I was told she is the manager when I asked for corporates number I was told she was corporate, when I asked to speak to someone else just so i could make the payment she refused it was either answer her questions and deal with her or no other way and last I checked I live in America, I dont have to be forced to answer a question if I dont want to, that falls under harassment since it took me nearly 12 minutes of begging her to take the payment and move on from the petty garbage she was trying to play. She didnt like me and what I had to say therefore she made this hard so since shes corporate and manager she can deal with the lawsuit and the BBB coming her way. You have no legal rights to force me to answer questions to make a payment. Im pretty sure thats not legal and infringes on my civil rights. She told me ill probably think long and hard about all the nasty things I said to her insinuating I would feel bad. Shes wrong, i only feel bad if shes has a husband because shes pretty awful to deal with and if shes single i can see why.... in fact the more I think about what she did, the more I am determined to make this lady understand what she did was wrong abd i still make her wished she never knew my name. She should of just transferred me like I asked because I just became her worst nightmare. And judging by the other reviews Im not the only one.
