1 /5 Ada AC: Today I went to Addition Financial EXTREMELY disappointed with this bank they charged me 35 dollars for a return of 1. 00 dollar ,now the excuse they provided it was previously waived in July and as an extreme courtesy this is mind you a joint account ! Also George was Not helpful and knowledgeable at all kept saying our pay pal was at fault. The manager we ask for review and waiver never showed his or her face at all . My husband went to a winter park location and again the service was HORRIBLE! Anyone who reads this do not bank with them to many hidden criteria’s to bank with not disclosed at time of opening the account not helpful at all ! Banks forget this is OUR money we should have access at anytime ! I also called the 1800 number as a credit card transaction was declined ! Geraldo inform me that I have a daily limit to use my debit with pin and credit cards are also limited to a daily limit again NEVER DISCLOSED at time of opening in person and call center both horrible experiences

5 /5 Francisco Tavera: Ana Lugo was by far the best representative we’ve encountered at this branch in the Loop. She truly took her time to help us out. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing and were initially told we’d have to come back another day. But Ana went above and beyond she welcomed me and my family and was more than willing to assist us in opening a new account, despite the late hour. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly impressive. Thank you, Ana Lugo you are amazing and deeply appreciated!
