5 /5 Asianna Hotchkiss: This was my first time at an H&R Block to get my taxes done. My boyfriend and I saw Terry Greene. She did an amazing job explaining things; the whole process of how the taxes were. We had to go back since I was missing paperwork and she had a lot of patience but was very knowledgable. Anyone needing their taxes done go and see her! (:

5 /5 Lisa Cole: The same tax expert has been doing my taxes since I purchased my home in Arcadia, Florida. I always get my full refund and everything is made simple. The tax prep is all done and I know it’s done correctly. All I have to do is double check the information and sign and it’s sent to the irs. Can’t get any easier than that.

5 /5 Mary Miller: I live in Florida, this not my first visit to H@R Block. Terry Greene did my taxes today, she was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and very good at her job, I hope she will be there next year.

1 /5 Jenna Torres: Usually good but cant get anyone to get ahold of IRS for me now that I havent received taxes or stimulus in months and Im beyond stressed So an update two months after this review. I have YET to receive my tax return and stimulus payment...I have spoke to people with IRS, H&R block and managers...Ive even tried contacting some metabank that supposedly has my money somewhere and theres absolutely no luck. According to the IRS it is H&Rs responsibility to figure out why I havent recieved anything....well Ive been there physically, called AND texted...and still I get NOTHING!!!!!!
