Upon entering the bank, I was warmly greeted by Siliana Senat Andre with a smile and a cheerful "How can I help you? " I needed assistance with several transactions and wasnt sure where to begin. Silinia patiently guided me through each step, clearly explaining the process and ensuring I felt confident and supported throughout. Thanks to her exceptional service, I left the bank a very happy customer. The process was quick and smooth—he was attentive, detail-oriented, and very responsive. Shabazz is a true professional, and I really appreciate his excellent service. 2 /5 Savannah: This location is horrible at getting back to you. Seems like no one can answer the phone and you have to call multiple times. Siliana is very unprofessional and unresponsive when you’re trying to open a car loan through them. What should only be a few hour process took all day and then she calls at 3 saying to hurry up and complete the form she sent over just to say she won’t be opening the account today when I have been in contact and following everything needed since 9am when the branch opens.
