Kathy Lemasters A shout out to Kayla McSwain for her incredible work on our home and auto insurance. Kayla has gone the extra MILES for us in getting the best coverage for the money for our beach home and auto. She explores multiple options and is very good at explaining the details to people like myself who do not deal with insurance on a daily basis. (My husband who is an attorney and understands this well gives Kayla an A+!) Kayla is easy to talk to and a great listener which makes these complicated decisions easier. Mike Evans Jessica was amazing she helped me figure out that I was paying for two different policies on the same vehicle for over a year and was able to get that policy canceled and get me a refund for that policy over 1,000 bucks. she also was able to save me over 100 bucks a month on my current insurance.
