Customer service is great with very fast response to my questions and phone calls. Always gets back to me when he says he will, if not faster than he said he will. Very happy with service I’m receiving. Highly recommend. AAA+++ if I had to give them a grade.

Travis Licht Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.
