Joseph Nichols I paid 1000.00 to penske truck when they said they have a lender for my truck loan. penske said that r and k was going to do the loan. I paid r and k 1195.00 via a credit card once it all came down r and k stop working with me and told me that to borrow 25000. was going to cost me 49000. for a three year loan I refused and now they will not returned my deposit. I was never told the interest rate only that my payment was going to be 1361.00 for there years after weeks later.

Doug Dagenais Hello, my name is Doug and I wanted to share a couple of thoughts with you. This comes from a slightly different viewpoint than normal. I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do. The Insight branch located at 501 Currency Circle in Lake Mary has within its walls some of the nicest ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Carol This is the best bank for customer service. I started at Chase and they would not help open an account. We walked in and they were so helpful. I have my daughter account at this Regions and they have been great with customer service. Tim was so helpful and so was the manager. They helped a young girl I am working with get on her feet by opening account when she is from out of state. Most banks will not give you the time of day. This one went above and beyond. I have my revolving line of credit through them and they have been great.
