1 /5 C E: One star is too high. At first they offer you a bunch of deals but it is all lies. I have been working with this institution for few years and in the beginning was in Miami the office in Hialeah Gardens and it was great, since aI was transferred to Naples brach they have declined 2 a personal loan, I have never missed a payment and always good, my credit is not bad. I wanted to stay with them but not anymore. Not recommended at all!

1 /5 Gabrielle W: Just had the unfortunate opportunity of experiencing the branch manager Drew’s lack of customer service and outright disrespect. Thankfully Mary was extremely helpful and straight to the point. Highly recommend retraining Drew on how to speak with individuals respectfully, especially as a branch manager. Having the audacity to be mouthy and downright disgusting to someone calling to make a payment and just asking clarifying questions is wild.
