1 /5 Joe Sanchez: Ana and Felix by far are the worst customer service representatives. They do not know how their system works and are giving out false information resulting in Additional fees. Would not recommend a loan from any onemain financial locations to anyone. The structure of the loan is a trap. they’ll say is only 25% interest rate but won’t tell you if you pay the least amount on the bill you will pay more than 100% of your loan in interest. Before you come here educate yourself before they trick you into a loan. They say that every month you pay less interest but this is also a lie because I’ve paid more interest on a later month. This is an example of a bill structure on a monthly basis Monthly bill $250 - $115 goes to interest - $35 goes towards what you owe. Imagine doing this for the rest of your bill. So if you owed $2,000 and you paid $250 You still owe $1,965. Stop tricking people who are already in need and are looking for help not for companies to rob them of their hard earned money.
