5 /5 Judith Oliver: Betsy did a great job explaining how to switch my business checking account to earn 5% interest without any fees - my current business account with a national bank charges me $16 a month, although the business doesnt make a lot right now and I dont get any interest. iThink Financial definitely offered the best deal possible. Although I didnt switch right away, Betsy faithfully followed up and started a savings account with only $5 to be able to be a part of the credit union. I had to wait a little to see her, but thats what I have to do at my regular bank as well. No problem with this bank so far.

5 /5 Dani B: I’ve been going to this bank since we moved her in 2013 , but we only used it for shared banking but now we have an account. They dont do shared banking anymore. Anyway, I live how they remember their customer names and always friendly when you come int. Celene helped us out with an issue she was super nice and remembered me from my visits. She also took her time with us didnt rush and assisted with others things we didn’t really go there for.

5 /5 Liv Young: I have to disagree with the complaints about customer service. I have been using this bank since 2020 when the big box bank I used wouldnt get me approved for a PPP loan to keep my business running, while iThink did it in a day. Their customer service has always been warm and professional. You actually get to know and develop relationships with the people that work there because they stick around to work for the company. Highly recommended!
