5 /5 Destin Daniels: The process was very easy from start to finish. Onemain helped me get the funds I needed with a very reasonable interest rate and payment plan. Chassy from the office here in Panama City was the representative that took care of me and she was so amazing and helpful, she made sure to explain the process to me thoroughly and walked me through everything step by step to make everything as clear and easy for me as possible.

1 /5 James Hendrix: One main is nothing but a joke. The website will tell you that you are approved for up to for example $12,000. Then you speak with one of their “agents” at the local office to which they tell you that they can approve you for only $2,000. Then the loan is totally denied. Place is nothing short of a joke. I guess it was for the best to avoid their extremely high interest rates. Will be contacting the bbb as well.

1 /5 Aleu Limelight: Went in the other day to see about a consolidation loan of sorts, asked probably 3 times about our OPTIONS and that we had seen another bank already and wanted to know what OneMain had to offer. Well the woman we spoke to barely spoke to us and was just type type typing away, and printing things. She asked if I wanted to put in the application and were like "wait a minute, whats the numbers for anything. Do we even get to know?" And she tells me my payment expectations and APR at 19% meanwhile my bank offered 7%. Why would I go through with that? She clearly didnt care that we were there for OPTIONS. Not to fully go through with it. Thank you, OneMain, for almost scamming me into a contract due to HORRIBLE communication. I took out a loan once before, and it wouldve taken me longer to pay that off than my own car of like 6 years. I ignore their phone calls now, and will never go here again. Unless you wanna be roped into impossible fees or youre so desperate you might be homeless or starving, sure theyll help you. Be in debt for 10 years paying off a few measly thousand bucks. Never ever speaking to this loan company again.

1 /5 William Crews: I’ve had the worst experience with this company and in particular, this branch. I moved out of state and after months of requesting them to send the title to my vehicle in order for me to register it in my new state of residence, I opted to just refinance and get a better rate. At this point, I asked them to hold the title in order for the new lien holder to request it from them and figured it would be faster than waiting another three months for them to send it. After speaking with the manager and receiving confirmation that they would not send it, they sent it to me anyway. The instructions were clear for them to send it to the courthouse prior to my refinancing my vehicle and then I asked them (and they agreed) to hold onto it for the new lien holder. It’s almost as if they sent it out of spite, or at the very least, the employees and management of this office are completely and utterly incompetent. Stay away from them if you have any reasonable expectation of professionalism.
