A Gib I had my first time that I visited Mariner Finance on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee, Fl for unexpected expenses. I found the employees cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I was informed to bring in certain IDs and paperwork for my appointment on June 9th. Everything went smoothly without any problems. I highly recommend this business. If I need help in the future, I will gladly call them, again.

D Shea Always extremely helpful, the staff goes above and beyond to answer questions or give me honest advice even when it does not benefit them in any way. I recently left Wells Fargo as they wouldnt open an account for me with out an appointment. I went to Truist instead and they had multiple employees wanting to help me even though they were very busy. It seemed as if everyone was qualified vs other banks where employees never deviate from their assigned role.

The presentation was focused and unhurried. You were able to digest most that was said as numbers is not my thing. For a serious subject matter, Cory kept you attentive with his examples and the way he presented it. He made it clear he was not selling anything, and you did not get that feeling, only that you were being educated. So many things are left on the table when you are initially being set up for retirement and you are just told the basic.

Rhonda Williamson Don’t go during your lunch break! They only have one cashier running the inside and drive through. I walked in with two people ahead of me and didn’t and waited for 45 minutes.

*Just want to add this is my second car loan with FCU. The first time was also amazing, which is why I made sure to use them again for my second car loan! But, this second time exceeded any expectations I had already!
