Tom not only gave me quotes, which allowed me to compare with my previous insurance, but also took the time to explain the terminology and the importance of having certain coverages. He offered coverage for my needs at a reasonable price and showed me the advantage of insuring both my cars. He explained the forms that I signed and gave me copies of everything, called my previous agency to cancel and did the paperwork for me, and also gave wise advice as to what to do in the event of an accident.
