5 /5 Bonnie Brisson: Extremely kind and understanding. I had trouble with my car & they were concerned with my safety first which makes me feel more comfortable. The driver was prompt, much quicker than AAA. Only issue is they only tow you 11 miles to your choice. It cost an extra 15 for anything over 11 miles which seems like a short amount. Other than that, they were great, all courteous, considerate and expeditious. Thank you State Farm!

Kaci was extremely helpful in assisting me to change my auto car insurance. She had previously assisted me in securing home coverage when I changed residences. She was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this agency.
