1 /5 Kevin Wattenbarger: I have lost all trust in this insurance agency. I had several policy written though the Lynn Haven Farm Bureau office. The most recent exchange was the final straw. I received a non renewal notice on a rental property (this has been a common occurrence). I reached out more than 30 days from the expiration date on the policy and was told the agent was working on renewal options "it was on her desk" and would be reaching out with replacement options. Ive called, email and had my wife to drop by their office. Nothing. No communication. No replacement options. The policy will expire this week and this agency did nothing to assist me with a replacement option. Florida insurance market is hard enough. Do not trust this agency to be your insurance provider.

1 /5 Russell Downing: I have had Farm Bureau for 25yrs in Tennessee with 5 star service. I have called this place 3 times (only getting someone on the phone once) and can not get a call back from agent to get a quote for homeowners insurance. I can only imagine what it would be like if I had a claim. Poor customer service.

1 /5 Tommy Johnson: If you want to get cussed at and told to move your car insurance simply because you found a better policy and price for your homeowners insurance this is the place for you. Mr. Hinson is the most unprofessional business person I have ever encountered.
