1 /5 Elizabeth Norwood-Fields: Customer service has gone DOWNHILL. Weve been waiting MONTHS for a quote only to find 3 days before insurance expires that we cannot renew. My employees are now scrambling looking for coverage because of the POOR customer service we received from this agency. Shame on Rogers Gunter Vaughn Insurance. :(
