1 /5 Lavon Jackson: Very unprofessional agency. I called for insurance quote a little bit before 5 o’clock. The agent told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. However, I never received a phone call back. I was left to assume that since it was 5 o’clock that agent left the office, but never called me back. Totally unacceptable. Totally unprofessional.
