However, Portier Jewelers exceeded all my expectations—offering the service at a fraction of the cost and completing it within minutes. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient. Their quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. I was beyond pleased with their service, and if I ever need anything in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to them first. Highly recommend!

Kristy Saffo Went for my first time to Joey the jeweler to pick up a free senior graduation necklace. Not only is it beautiful, but the friendliness of the staff was amazing! I asked about getting my engagement ring fixed since 2 other jewelers said the prongs needed to be replaced. They told me they were still good and didn’t need replacing, but he fixed a bent prong and smoothed a sharp area! When I asked when the time came how much would it be to replace, the price was much better than other jewelers quoted me! I highly recommend!!

I will followup on this review once the item is received. The ring arrived earlier than expected and I am blown away at its beauty in person!!! I had it customized with yellow and white gold and added some filigree on the underside. Isaac was very easy to work with and stayed in touch through text messaging the entire time once he began work on my ring. It is truly a work of art!!! I will be back for more.

Riley Beam I took my grandmothers wedding band and engagement ring here to be re-sized after my girlfriend said yes to my proposal. The rings had to be re-sized from a size 9 down to a size 6 to fit my fiance. I wanted to make sure I went to a place that I could trust to handle this without damaging or destroying something of such personal value to me and my fiance. Fifth Avenue Jewelers is that place! The owners make and design their own rings, so re-sizing was a piece of cake for them. The store is locally-owned and because of that, the owners really do care about their customers, and were very happy to be part of such a special moment in our lives. I will gladly return to Fifth Avenue Jewelers for business.
