They out do Navy Federals interest rates, and Meagan Forehand in the Bonifay branch is THE MOST amazing representative I’ve ever worked with. The customer service is unbeatable and I really feel taken care of as a Active military member. Gosh I love this bank.

Patrick Shea Our family background - my wife and I are second generation client with Sara-Bay Financial. My wife parents (School Teachers) invited us to meet with Sara-Bay Team (Mike, Ben, and Chris) about nine (9) years ago. Our first requirement was for our Financial Advisor (Sara-Bay) must be a fiduciary advisor. Our second requirement was no mutual funds we wanted a leadership stragety and not the same cookie cutter approach. Our investments have done tremendous under Sara-Bay guidance. Yes we had very bad days however our investments are performing well above the average investments. Recently we installed the Charles Schwab app on our phones to follow our investments. Toni Abraira Jo was amazing! It was very busy this Sunday morning an Jo was alone behind the counter. However, she was quick, kind & courteous! As she helped three people at a time, no one felt frustrated or ignored. As this was my first time there, even with computer issues, Jo was able to go above & beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. I really cannot recommend this store enough!!

Gabe Andrew P. Made a mistake and put myself in a situation with Anytime Fitness and was sent to collections. I thought they were bluffing until my credit report came back. Called up here and spoke with Jenn to which I paid my balance in full. Shockingly, my score went up +30 within a week of paying it. Completely wiped from my report. Jenn was an awesome associate. Very pleasant and sympathetic. Had I known it was this easy, I would’ve done it months ago. :)

Joshua Worked with Steve and his team to buy our 1st house. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and patient, walking us through every part of the buying process. He was able to beat the other 4 lenders we were considering and tailor a mortgage that fit our finances. Dealing with Steve and his team was the best part of the buying process.

BIll Moffatt 18 months ago, SunTrust gave me an auto loan when others wouldnt. Yesterday, I closed on a real estate purchase through SunTrust. The entire home buying process was smooth and professional and we actually closed on the day we wanted to when we approached SunTrust 6 weeks ago about buying a home. On Monday, I plan to leave Wells Fargo who has handled my personal and business checking for 20+ years and open accounts at SunTrust, they have truly earned my business and I am very grateful!
