1 /5 Cari Hedrick: Just moved to Florida and opened this account to establish residency.I opened it July 16th and havent received the ATM Card yet, today is August 15 th. I asked for my statement to be mailed it wasnt and when I called i got told I was enrolled in online. I didnt enroll into anything online. I wanted mail to have verification of my address. Thankfully, I kept my bank in Georgia and they helped me. You people can GO POUND SAND. ILL PUT MY GD MONEY IN A MASON JAR.

2 /5 Gianclaudio Planzo: GTE FCU used to offer very good products at good interest rates, but I do warn you ASK ASK ASK about fees and interest rates changes for anything you do with them. They will not disclose them upfront to you. I have had this happen twice!

I hold you in high regard because of your kindness and outstanding customer service. I had a 5 star experience at great experience at GTE Financial Credit Union because of you Debbie Clippard!

1 /5 Mel: Do not use this bank, poor customer service and poor communication. Never answer the phone and they ask you to leave voicemail and they will return call within 2hrs and never do it. Got an auto loan through them for my daughter for her first car and it’s been nothing but a nightmare trying to get the process finalized. They removed 1,400 from her account and can’t tell us how or when I will get it back. Nothing they have told us or guaranteed us through this process has been the truth. They tell you what you want to hear just to make you happy but never keep their word. Once we signed the dotted line we have just been left in the dark and cannot get anyone to help us or answer questions now. Do not use them you will regret it. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank.
