1 /5 Lena Bond: NOT HONEST PEOPLE. A woman across the street had family visiting her. I left one morning to go out & received a phone call from my mother saying the family next door said I side swiped their car. I have a RED car. The scratch marks on the womans car was SILVER and had NO red scratches at all. And the damage was clearly very old. Not to mention that I know for a fact I looked in the rear view when leaving. If my car would have rubbed against ANOTHER car I most certainly would have felt & heard it. I submitted multiple photographs from my car & as well as the womans car making a false claim. I had NO scratches on my car. We both had GOTTA HAVE IT INSURANCE & they sided with her IMMEDIATELY...WELL I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED WITH THEM & WENT TO PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE WHERE I INSTANTLY GOT A LOWER QUOTE IN A ADDITION TO SEVERAL BENEFITS I DID NOT RECEIVE WITH GOTTA HAVE IT. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They clearly did NOT investigate this & didnt bother to care about ME as a customer. I AM SO HAPPY I MADE THE SWITCH TO PROGRESSIVE WHO HAS LOWERED MY MONTHLY PREMIUM AGAIN! THANK U PROGRESSIVE!
