2 /5 Gwendolyn Reed: Not a good experience. Called in afternoon couldnt get quote because they were closing shortly. Called following morning, Didnt get quote properly. Ended up calling different insurance company with better assistance. And got my quote in a timely fashion and also started my policy that day.

2 /5 Brandon Hunt: Me and my fiance visited this business recently because she had used them in the past. However, this time we spoke with a woman who quoted us almost $400 monthly payments for two old vehicles that were paid off and for basic liability. We did have a minor who has a permit listed but also me who has had no tickets or accidents in years or any claims also. Im close to 52 years old and my fiance is close to 40 yrs. Im not sure what happened here but we will never go back again or recommend anyone to this business for sure! Although the woman was nice, thats besides the point. We also noticed many Spanish people when we were there and thought that was strange also. Dont go here unless youre desperate for coverage and willing to pay an arm and leg!

1 /5 AnnMarie Bissoo: I am not sure what has happened as I did not get 3, 4 or 5 star service nor an acknowledgement of the delayed service from the person in charge. Hopefully, it was just a temporary set back in customer service....update - it has taken since February 7 to April 17th to get two issues settled: a diligent letter to the insurance company and an address correction...hopefully, in 7 business days it will all be corrected. I do believe in supporting local businesses, but unapologetic slow responses to business errors can be time consuming and makes for a lack of neighborly recommendations.
