1 /5 AnnMarie Bissoo: I am not sure what has happened as I did not get 3, 4 or 5 star service nor an acknowledgement of the delayed service from the person in charge. Hopefully, it was just a temporary set back in customer service....update - it has taken since February 7 to April 17th to get two issues settled: a diligent letter to the insurance company and an address correction...hopefully, in 7 business days it will all be corrected. I do believe in supporting local businesses, but unapologetic slow responses to business errors can be time consuming and makes for a lack of neighborly recommendations.
