Melissa Maneri I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Shane, Ally, & Paola, thank you for all your help - I will be back and continue to refer friends and colleagues!

Jaclyn McClellan Was looking for a special charm for my charm bracelet to remember this milestone trip and found this sweet little jewelry store. The young girl there was super helpful and found a pair of scrap sand dollar earrings that she turned into a charm for my bracelet! She even found this extra cute kitty charm! She got it soldered together in 2 hours before I left town and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out and my experience!

eloise king Excellent repairs by Eddy will make your damaged jewelry look new again. A master jeweler, he is such a meticulous craftsman that I trust him with family heirlooms. His unique and exquisite designs are stunning and I receive compliments on the amber and gold pendant he created for me every time I wear it. Having been a customer for over ten years, I know that he holds himself to the highest standards of workmanship. The owners integrity and courtesy make this business very special, it is a real "gem". It is always a pleasure just to stop by to admire the beautiful jewelry in their showcases. Lori Fallon McGlynn Myself and my husband have been return customers at Lovejoy for approximately the last 10 years. Ace, the owner, has done a remarkable job at always trying to please his customers with all of the stunning items that he sells at his fine store. With that being said I purchased a Pre Owned Presidential Rolex watch there for my husband that was in like new condition. It also had a 2 year warranty left from having recently been serviced by Rolex. Ace is a wonderful owner and thoroughly enjoys his fabulous store & customers as well! His store is filled with wonderful Jewlery and gorgeous Antiques as well. We have sent many of our friends there who have also purchased a Rolex watches and jewelry as well. If youre ever in Naples please make sure that you take a trip down 5th Avenue and make a visit to Lovejoys. Trust me you will definitely not be disappointed one single bit. Another thing Id like to say is that Ace is among one of the most trustworthy owners of a store like his. We are forever grateful to Ace for always being there for us either to make a purchase or else get our jewelry fixed or our watches serviced. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Janice Bonham West I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

Scoti “Scubi Doo” Brought my bracelet in to get repaired and I figured it would be next week until I got it back. However less than 24 hours it was fixed and looking perfect. Plus I had an issue with my watch and the gentleman was able to fix it while I was in the store. This is going to be my go-to jewelry store, plus they have a gold bracelet that I like and Ill probably purchase at some point in time in the near future.
