1 /5 Tip Lugo: I visited this jewelry store today hoping to purchase a pendant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me—a short woman with glasses—was noticeably unprofessional. She seemed disinterested, lacked basic courtesy, and made no effort to help me feel welcome or valued as a customer.
This was actually my second visit. Earlier, she had quoted me a price, and I returned an hour later to ask if she could work with me on it. Instead of engaging in a respectful conversation, she asked, “Why are you back here again?” and flatly told me she wouldn’t work with me at all. That kind of attitude cost the store a $1,200 sale.
Shopping for jewelry should feel special, but instead I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service—because the products themselves deserve better representation.
