We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.

Doug is The guy that I talk with and he’s very very knowledgeable. Actually everybody here is it’s a family run Jeweler and they can build anything you want custom or repaired or buying new.
