1 /5 charlie retro: Not a friendly service or very professional one neither. I was shopping around for coverage and best quote they could get was twice as much as I am paying with one of the most costly insurance carriers out there. I would not recommend this experience to anybody else.

1 /5 Jacquenetta Wilson: The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No attention to detail. Just giving out any kind of plan. This is peoples lives and they can care less. I asked for a manager as the person I was speaking with was becoming hard to understand. Manager/ friend gets on the phone with extra energy and hangs up because shes only heard what she wanted to hear and not my concern. No apologies just nothing was wrong its you. Awful place. Heaven forbid I get in an accident. The office needs a DEEP training session on communication, listening, and controlling emotions while on the clock. This was the craziest experience Ive ever had.

1 /5 Tina Allen: I called today for a quote and it was given to me over the phone. When I asked for it to be sent to my email so I can look it over I was told by Melanie she needed my credit card number before they send me anything in writing!! Really?? LoL I asked her if she was kidding and she she said no thats the way her company does business and when I started laughing she hung up on me!! Go Figure
