5 /5 Jonathan Ressler: I have a car financed with Equity Auto Finance and I have to say they are the nicest loan company I have ever worked with. The people are all friendly and seem like they genuinely care. I have spoken with Delfina many times and she always asks how I am doing and is sincere when she asks. I highly recommend them.

1 /5 Jacina Fagan: If I could leave NO stars I would. They have no respect for the military whatsoever. Would not work with my son while he was in basic. Now they will not allow him to send it with him to his duty station. When I had them they were horrible. Never worked with me at all. Just like now, my son is in the army and they would not respect that at all. I will never use them again and we are going to get my son out of this loan ASAP.

1 /5 Sashana Boothe: Absolutely the worst experience I have had dealing with any company. Very rude and dishonest. Thank God I paid off my car and no longer having to deal with these incompetent people. Repoed my car while I was getting ready for work. Then call to apologize the next day saying it was a mistake on their end and I should go and pick up my car without paying. Couple months later I asked for a printout of my account and guess what? They charged me for the repo. I had to call and got upset with them for them to take it off my account. 2 months later I got a notification that I owed over a million dollars to this company. Came to find out they made a mistake and report to the credit bureau that I owed over a million dollars which impacted my credit negatively. I HATE THIS COMPANY.
