Douglas Swanson When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that. Ken My wife and I have been using this firm before they moved from Woodbury to Melville. We started with them in 2013 mainly because they are fiduciaries and only charge a percentage of our portfolio. There are only 3 people at the Melville office and all have been together since before we started in 2013. The firm has joined the “Wealth Enhancement Group” to access more financial resources. They have kept us well informed via Emails, phone calls and information progress meetings in their offices. Needless to say we have both been very happy using them.
