Nate Jackson It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts. Then helped me refinance my car with a way better rate. Honestly super easy commute too. For a 20 year old having nothing but bad experiences with banks. He’s been the only good part

Dominique James I love it. I see a lot of people upset about the Merrill lynch security not allowing pedestrian to walk through. Well its for their employees safety. I wouldnt want someone to rob/attack me when I should be feeling safe in the comfort of my job. I love our security personnel they take real good care of thing while we work.
