When we closed we had a different insurance agency that we went with. 2 months after closing that agency sent us a letter stating would no longer insure us because we were too far from the fire department. We went to Farm Bureau and Steve worked with us to get us home owners insurance very quickly. Steve did a fantastic job. We will definitely keep our business there.

The best thing is that it is always easy to get an actual human being on the phone. I moved most all of my banking to USB because the big bank I used has closed most of their centers, closed the drive through in the one local center that remains and it impossible to get a real person on the phone.
