5 /5 Douglas Swanson: When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that. 1 /5 Mimi: I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone at this bank to try and handle my sister’s account for her while she’s incarcerated with a valid power of attorney. Not only have they locked her account, but I have called over 8 times in the past week and a half and have left multiple messages trying to get the issue resolved so I can handle her finances while she’s not able to, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. These are calls made during regular business hours and no one is available to answer a phone or do a callback? I was supposed to get a call from them two days after my power of attorney was filed, yet it’s been over a week and a half and radio silence. This is a joke. Not to mention their unreliable hours. Go somewhere else.

5 /5 Robert King: This is exactly what a small town bank should be. I’ve taken out numerous loans, both secured and personal, and have dealt with loan officers from both the Starke and Lake Butler locations. They were always very professional, listening to what I had to say and treating me with respect. Also at both locations the clerks behind the counter and at the drive through windows have always been nice and were even kind enough to laugh at my attempts at humor. If you are looking for a bank that treats you like a person not just another account to siphon money off of, this is the place.
