2 /5 Rhonda Denison: We have had our accounts with this bank for more than 10 years. Both business and personal. Very tired of coming to this bank and waiting in long lines because again there is only one teller. There are too many Generals and not enough privates.

3 /5 Silent Ninja: I’m giving Bank of America 3 stars. While I appreciate that they promptly corrected their mistake of shorting me $500 upon my return, the error itself raises concerns about their attention to detail and accuracy. Whether it was a genuine mistake or intentional is unclear, but it’s concerning nonetheless. Their customer service in resolving the issue was satisfactory, but the initial error leaves room for improvement.

5 /5 LEANNE MURPHY: Had a good experience at branch today. Heather Reed was very professional and helpful. I opened up an account today and she made the process easy. All the options were explained to me. She helped me set up my BOA app also. The facility was clean and well staffed. After I left I had a couple questions for Heather so I emailed her and she got back to me promptly.

1 /5 Reyna Roman: I have been a customer for 20 years at bank of america I have a situation that involves me so I walk in spoke with a manager she should have been taking notes but I feel like she did not Im very upset this situation is still going ans I havent heard of a resolution.

1 /5 David Mcbride: I got a call from boa fleming island about my online survey describing their employee hiring practices as misguided and rude. I spent almost 15 minutes watching one teller help a customer on his phone trying to get his info straight. Instead of common courtesy or the professional thing to do would be to ask them to come back with the correct information. BOA Fleming Island is no such institution, and simply lets you stand around while they watch you waste your time. Two years ago this branch had outstanding customer service until their “hire anybody” initiative took over HR and competency, knowledge, skills and ability seems to have gone out the window. Now this branch, in my experience, has an average 15 to 20 minute wait time with little to no customer engagement or interaction. Todays call was amazingly weak and expected with nothing more than a waste of time to tell me he “read my survey” and nothing more than “sorry for the delay”. To be fair, that was miles ahead of the branch manager that has never even acknowledged my existence even when I tried to introduce myself to her. Simply another American institution with little to say and less action toward customer satisfaction.
