It ended up being considerably more expensive than other quotes, but the agent that returned my call while working on my quote was completely up-front and honest about that, even recommending different agencies and advising which ones to avoid. Her name is Marcie and she was an absolute joy to speak to, and it made my day to have such great service, even though I was declining their product. That is extremely rare and deserves commendation, truly. She is a bright spot in a sometimes frustrating industry, and that is wonderful!
