5 /5 Rina Medina: I do not know exactly for how long I have been a member of the "Allstate customers family"...I recall that in 1991, Vickie visited my home with the purpose of sharing with us (father of my children and myself) the importance of a Life Insurance which we absolutely bought that evening.
I do not have the need to contact the agency very often as they keep me informed of changes and up to date important information related to my policies (life, auto and home).
Usually, once a year, I call just to let them know I am here and of course, to check that they are there...For three years in a row (pure coincidence) an agent with the name of April Mahoney has taken care of mine concerns. She has been polite, knowledgeable and more importantly patient when responding to my multiple questions. I worked in "Customer Service" for 50 years and during that time I learned to visualize if the person on the other side of the phone had a pleasant gesture in his/her face. When submitting this "5 stars" (overdue) review I am not only thanking April for her caring attitude but to those responsible for hiring and training her. She is indeed an asset to the Agency and a blessing to us, the customers!!!
