I saw that he was a young minority man, and I was excited to work with them as I own several pieces of custom jewelry. After I made an appointment and had a consultation with him, he measured the stone I intended to put in my old setting and kind of just walked away. When I asked for next steps he said he would be in touch. After a week I gave him a call or rather a text, and was told at that time that he was still working on numbers. I waited an additional five days for reaching out again and was told that he was trying to get the price from $1100 to $700. I never heard from this gentleman again. I then took it to a jeweler in Oakleaf and they were able to do the job for about $350 in less than three days. Don’t waste your time here. Even if he had returned my inquiries, I would’ve paid over double then I was charged to have the work done.
