1 /5 Essence Lopez: I contacted this gentleman to replace a Pave cluster with a single stone. I saw that he was a young minority man, and I was excited to work with them as I own several pieces of custom jewelry. After I made an appointment and had a consultation with him, he measured the stone I intended to put in my old setting and kind of just walked away. When I asked for next steps he said he would be in touch. After a week I gave him a call or rather a text, and was told at that time that he was still working on numbers. I waited an additional five days for reaching out again and was told that he was trying to get the price from $1100 to $700. I never heard from this gentleman again. I then took it to a jeweler in Oakleaf and they were able to do the job for about $350 in less than three days. Don’t waste your time here. Even if he had returned my inquiries, I would’ve paid over double then I was charged to have the work done.

1 /5 Ruth Farrell: Dropped off jewelry to be cleaned/repaired on Saturday, was told I could pick up repair item on Tuesday. Showed up Tuesday and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to let me in and the cleaning was done-no charge but I was told repair would not be completed until 5. I will take the repair item elsewhere. This place appears sketchy, strong odor of pot at both visits, they dont provide tickets for pickup, they only take cash or Zelle. Would not recommend.

5 /5 julya boyce: Would recommend this place time and time again ! The guy was very nice and informative when I was getting golds done . Got them back that following week and they were PERFECT !! Will be sending all my friends here and will be highly recommending him ! We will definitely be back !

5 /5 Nikki Vaughn: My wedding band set broke and a diamond was missing. I found Devin while doing some research on a place to resize them, and replace the diamond. I am blown away. Devin did a wonderful job. He had them fixed in a week. They are beautiful. He took great care of them. He went above and beyond. When I picked them up they were so shiny, sparkly, and cleaned better then the day they were bought. This was my first experience with having jewelry repaired and it couldnt have been any better. Im blown away. I will definitely be a returning customer. You can clearly see Devin loves what he does. Hes very professional and reasonable. I felt welcome and comfortable at his business.
