My fiancé and I went through a customization process with a different jeweler in our hometown and were so disappointed. We took the ring to village jeweler and Harrison was so quick to resolve all of our ring issues, redesigning and recasting the perfect ring. It was such a breeze and we admire the details of the beautiful ring every day. Would recommend to everyone!

I also had the opportunity to see, first hand, how he treats other customers and was impressed. This is the first place to go for an honest exchange. I absolutely the owners. David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Katherine Tamanini Excellent service! Excellent repair! Beautiful quality jewelry! The person helping me took time, did not rush me, and listened to what I wanted. Once she understood what I was looking for she got everything together and I walked out in under an hour with a beautiful new customized piece and a piece I already owned was repaired and cleaned!!! I’m amazed at the great customer service and that I didn’t have to wait weeks. I will definitely be back!

Hayley Ricci I had an amazing experience at Pandora! I worked with Cynthia and she went above and beyond to assist my mom and I. I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.

David Meyers My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.
