1 /5 Jeff L: When I received my Homeowners Policy renewal, I asked by email to have a review of the policy and to get competitive quotes to compare. When I called to see if they started, I was told that my agent was no long there and no one was aware of my email. I discussed it with the Office Manager and went over what I wanted. I requested a return phone call. After 3 messages I received a voice mail from the Agency Owner (since I was not home). Over a two week period I spoke with the Office Manager 3 times (and left 2 messages) and never received any of the information or another return call. With service like this, I can understand why people buy on line. Absolutely NO Customer service or respect from this Agency and its people. I have switched my policies to other agencies.
