1 /5 Donald Tatgenhorst: I had a very unpleasant experience going into this establishment twice I have gone in there with very genuine gold and they tried telling me it was not gold other Jewelers have told me that they dont know what theyre doing either and I completely believe that now Im very unhappy

1 /5 Jonathan Morillo: Not very attentive of customers. No,"Welcome, anything we can help you with?" Was at the jewlery section looking at a thin cuban link necklace thay would fit perfectly for my medallion pendant for about $900. And keep in mind, there was no customers but me in the store. I was standing there trying to make eye contact or get there attention. Completely ignored. They where more interested in looking at the new Guns they got in.. i dont know if its because of my skin color or if they dont care to assist certain customers or all customers. Ive visited this pawn several times throughout the years, and i get the same treatment, little to no service. I dont want to pull the race card, but what else could it be?

1 /5 James Wojak: Realistically even as a last resort this place is not worth youre time like yes as a business they need to make money too but dont expect to even get 5% of the value of what you sell even if its a high end item they dont want to negotiate they just want to force youre hand in taking the lowest possible price when selling anything so they get all the value while giving you the old excuse of we have to hold it for a certain amount of days before we can sell it so its a risk on us the moment you walk in youre already given a bad vibe like youre unwanted there the customers service is the worst and the employee will make sure you feel like youre just a bother to them they are the definition of a Squidward and partly I can understand considering the location its arcadia and if you live in arcadia you know its not necessary the best place so the employee have to deal with addicts trying to sell them crap like dvds for a few bucks but even so the employees definitely make an unfriendly environment and it proves my point further that this place is not even worth the trouble even as a last option when the owner gos off on people who leav a negative review and you can see that if you look at all the negative reviews witch is vary unprofessional all in all its not worth youre time fighting with this Establishment its just another pawnshop furthering the stigma around pawnshop save youre time and dignity and just find another option because the only upside is youll get the littel money they will offer you right than and there other than waiting months trying to sell what you wanna sell online for an actual fare price
