Marie Somehow a amazon package got lost in transit or mis-scanned at the wrong facility and the Man that I spoke to (I assume he’s in charge his name starts with a G) was very nice and helpful every time I called. I called multiple times and he was never rude of difficult. I appreciate that.

Called up here and spoke with Jenn to which I paid my balance in full. Shockingly, my score went up +30 within a week of paying it. Completely wiped from my report. Jenn was an awesome associate.
